Main Campus Admissions Representative

Post University is currently accepting applications for the role of Main Campus – Admissions Representative.


The Main Campus Admissions Representative has the primary responsibility to work with prospective students from the initial outreach, through conducting interviews, meeting with visiting students and their families and review application files. Each Admission Representative will work with a set pool of leads and applicants.  A key role is to be able to assess the prospective student's needs, and provide accurate information to guide them through the Post University admissions process.  Admissions representatives will process quality leads from prospective students and maintain clean data in the recruitment database. Evening and weekend work is a requirement in this position.  The position also requires the candidate maintains a high level of knowledge regarding the degree offerings, services etc. of the University ensuring complete student satisfaction from inquiry through the enrollment process.  Additionally the candidate will work efficiently and professionally to respond to any potential students' needs, issues or inquiries and successfully completing application files in order to issue admission decision recommendations. 


  • Understand and communicate the values of a Post University education.

  • Document all communication with prospective students.

  • Participate in the planning and execution of on-campus events.

  • Review applications, evaluate credentials, and recommend admissions decisions

  • Maintain and update applicant records

  • Provide campus tours and information sessions

  • Perform presentations to prospective students and their families.

  • Evening and weekend work is required.

  • Must be a self-starter and have the ability to achieve established results and goals with minimal supervision.

  • Possesses knowledge of all applicable policies, procedures, regulations and laws.

  • Occasional travel where it will be required to professionally represent Post University at college fairs, college nights, and other events as needed.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • One to two years related experience preferred.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license.

  • Must have excellent PC skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet applications and database software.

  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task.

  • Must be able to work in a team oriented, focused environment.
