How Do I Select a Refund Preference?
You can choose your refund preference by visiting RefundSelection.com or your school program URL located in your refund selection kit. BankMobile Disbursements will send you a personal code in a bright green envelope that you’ll need at RefundSelection.com to select how you’d like to receive refunds.
Follow these three simple steps:
1. Visit RefundSelection.com
2. Enter your Personal Code
3. Select the option that best fits you
Please Note: To ensure timely delivery of your refund money, please select your refund preference as soon as possible.
You can change your refund preference at any time by logging into your account and selecting 'Refund Preferences' under the 'Refunds' menu.
Please be aware that changes to your refund preference only affect future refunds, not refunds that have already been disbursed.
When it comes to deciding how to get your money, you deserve choices. Your choices include:
ELECTRONIC DEPOSIT TO ANOTHER ACCOUNT
Money is transferred to another account the same business day BankMobile receives funds from your school. Typically, it takes 1 – 2 business days for the receiving bank to credit the money to your account.
ELECTRONIC DEPOSIT TO A BANKMOBILE VIBE ACCOUNT
If you open a BankMobile Vibe Account (upon identity verification), money is deposited the same business day BankMobile receives funds from your school.
PAPER CHECK DELIVERED BY USPS
A check is mailed the same business day BankMobile receives funds from your school, provided receipt is within daily cutoff times. Typically, it takes 5 – 7 business days for the check to arrive, depending on USPS First-Class®
