Celebrating 25 Years of Online Learning
Back in 2000, we saw you—the learner balancing family, career, and life’s demands—and recognized the need for an education that fits your life and your future. So we did something about it. We helped pioneer fully online degree and certificate programs, breaking barriers and empowering students like you to achieve their goals on their terms.
For 25 years, we have proudly provided the online learning flexibility and personalized support you deserve. Whether you are pursuing an education in healthcare management, business, nursing, public service, education, or some other field, your success has always been, and will continue to be, our mission.

Empowering Learners Worldwide: Online for 25 Years
Since our founding in 1890, Post University has grown from a local Connecticut institution into an educator with a global reach. For 135 years, our mission has been to provide skill-building learning experiences with extraordinary personal support. In 2000, we embraced the future of education by launching 100% online degree and certificate programs.
Online degrees have become a key tool in making higher education more inclusive and accessible, providing students who may have been unable to continue their studies due to career, family, or location constraints with the opportunity to earn a degree. Now, as we celebrate 25 years of online excellence, Post University proudly serves —online and at on our main campus.
With students and alumni from every U.S. state and over countries, our reach knows no bounds. Recently, our journey toward global impact took a leap forward as we were acquired by Universidad Andrés Bello (UNAB), a distinguished not-for-profit institution in Santiago, Chile. This exciting partnership empowers us to deliver exceptional education and unwavering support to an even broader international community.
