The Institute for Women in Business (IWB)
The Malcolm Baldrige School of Business is dedicated to being a voice for diversity, equity, inclusion, and action. This includes areas of race, religion, sexual orientation, and gender equality. As part of this initiative The Institute for Women in Business at the Malcolm Baldrige School of Business will be an advocate for women’s issues, will help to remove barriers, build female talent, and will empower women in business.
The Institute for Women in Business will make a difference through a variety of activities including mastermind groups for sharing of ideas and networking, working roundtables with organizations to move towards equity for women in business, quarterly speaker series promoting awareness and advocating for change, monthly luncheons to connect successful women with our students and alumni, book clubs reading about women’s’ leadership, mentorship, executive working groups addressing areas of gender inequality, and professional development.
