Sport Management Degree Concentrations
Once you complete your core courses in the field of sport management, you will have the opportunity to tailor your degree to your specific career objectives with a concentration in Sport Communication or Sport Psychology.
This concentration allows you to expand your knowledge in the subject area of communication, publicly, professionally, and personally. You’ll explore the history of sports broadcasting, dive into social media, and brush up on your communication skills in areas ranging from press releases to media guides to press conferences.
In addition to covering fundamentals of psychology in general and psychology in a sport setting, curriculum for your Sport Psychology concentration will have you examining ways to handle and manage different personality types.
