Management and Leadership Minor

Our program gives you a solid understanding of the essential concepts of business, management and leadership, which you can apply to management positions in sales, retail, human resources, and more.
Designed for non-management majors, the management and leadership minor provides you with a range of skills to improve your organizational development, team leadership and managerial decision making. Your required management courses include principles of management, foundations of leadership and working in teams, and you will choose any two of the following electives for a total of 15 credit hours:
- Financial Accounting
- Business Law I
- Human Resources Management
- Training and Development
- Public Management
- Organizational Behavior
- Human Services Administration
You can complete your management training at our Connecticut campus or online to fit your schedule.
