As a Post University admitted student, your Post Student Portal is your central enrollment resource.

Within the portal, you may:

  • Submit your Enrollment Commitment Form
  • Pay your enrollment deposit
  • Review required documents

Next Steps After Acceptance

Before you dive into the Eagle Experience, follow these simple steps to confirm your spot at Post University.

Step 1: Confirm Your Intent to Enroll

Log in to your Post Student Portal and complete your Enrollment Commitment Form within two weeks of acceptance.

If needed, you may also download the Enrollment Commitment Form and submit it by mail to the Office of Main Campus Admissions.

Step 2: Submit Your Enrollment Deposit

Secure your place at Post University by submitting:

  • $250 Enrollment Commitment Fee*
  • $150 Housing Deposit (if you plan to live in a Residence Hall)

Both payments may be completed through your Post Student Portal.

*The enrollment commitment fee is non-refundable and non-transferable to another semester. Please submit your deposit after you have decided to attend Post University.

Submitting your enrollment deposit allows you to move forward with housing, orientation registration, and course planning.

Step 3: Attend Accepted Students Day or Schedule a Campus Visit

Accepted Students Day provides Post University admitted students with an opportunity to:

  • Explore campus facilities and residence halls
  • Meet faculty, staff, and future classmates
  • Review financial aid packages
  • Confirm enrollment
  • Register for classes

If you are unable to attend, you may schedule a personalized campus visit.

Step 4: Review Tuition, Financial Aid, and Payment Options

You will receive a personalized Finance Plan outlining estimated costs and potential financial aid eligibility.

If applying for federal aid, complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

  • Academic Year: 2026–2027

Through your Post Student Portal, you may:

  • View required financial aid documents
  • Upload materials
  • Monitor your award status

Step 5: Submit Required Health & Additional Forms

All accepted students must submit required health documentation prior to attending classes or moving into a residence hall.

Students participating in athletics must complete additional required forms.

For health insurance, you must either waive coverage or enroll in the student health plan.

Step 6: Attend Orientation

Orientation supports your transition to campus life. During orientation, you may:

  • Connect with fellow students
  • Meet your academic advisor
  • Learn about student services and campus resources
  • Become familiar with campus locations
  • Finalize your course schedule

Orientation participation is required for new main campus students.

Financial Aid and Tuition

What if I have not completed the FAFSA?

Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) using school code 001401.

Can my financial aid package change?

Financial aid eligibility may be adjusted if documentation or enrollment status changes.

When is tuition due?

Tuition due dates will be outlined in your Finance Plan and billing communications.

Are payment plans available?

Yes. Payment plan options are available and may be reviewed with a student finance specialist.

Housing and Campus Life

How do I apply for campus housing?

Submit your Housing Deposit through the Post Student Portal and complete the required housing forms.

Can I choose my roommate?

Roommate selection details will be shared after housing application submission.

When will I know my housing assignment?

Housing assignments are communicated prior to move-in.

How can I schedule a campus tour or meet with an advisor?

Campus visits can be scheduled through the Visit Us page, with options for in-person tours, open houses, and virtual sessions. Students may also request an appointment with an admissions advisor for personalized guidance.

Orientation and Academics

Is orientation required?

Yes. Orientation is required for new main campus students.

When do I register for classes?

Course registration takes place once the enrollment commitment form and the enrollment fee have been received and processed.

Will I meet my advisor before classes begin?

Yes. You will be introduced to your academic advisor prior to the start of classes.

Do I need to submit final transcripts?

Yes. Final official transcripts must be submitted prior to enrollment.

Are placement tests required?

Placement requirements vary by program. Details will be shared if applicable.
