About Me:I have my BA in Communications from Albertus Magnus College and my MAT from Sacred Heart University. I have over 16 years of experience working in higher education and working with students of all ages. I also have experience as a motivational speaker and on-air talent. I am a mental health advocate and I love to motivate others to achieve their goals in all aspects of life. I am extremely into fitness, meditation, the outdoors and the beach is my happy place. I have two incredible children; Kayla and Chase and they are by far the drive behind my motivation.

Favorite Place on Campus:Right outside of Torrance Hall especially in the Fall and Lamoy field because there has been so many amazing wins on that field!

Favorite Waterbury Landmark/Location: The Palace Theater, because it has so much history.
