In the Digital Skills for College and Success course, this position will support student learning in the assigned courses.
Post University is seeking experienced, creative, and committed Associate Faculty for our online First Year Education course CIS110. This course strives to meet the digital literacy needs of students and professionals to succeed in the twenty-first century. Special emphasis is placed on the ethical use of digital technology for information analysis and collaboration. Students are introduced to the Internet, digital file management, operating systems, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
Our associate faculty must value innovative and engaging multimedia teaching, experiential knowledge, and be committed to the personal growth and development of our students.
Post University seeks applicants for the following courses currently for future online modules:
- CIS110 Digital Skills for College and Success
Must have a minimum of a master’s degree in Computer Information Systems, or related discipline:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and Abilities:
- A minimum of 3 years of previous online teaching experience (Blackboard LMS preferred)
- Experience with first-year experience courses preferred
- Experience with first-generation college students preferred
- Experience teaching basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
