Post University is seeking Associate Faculty – Mathematics (Part-Time) to join our team.

Post University is seeking creative and committed Associate Faculty for our day program undergraduate, on-campus mathematics courses.
Our associate faculty must value innovative and engaging multimedia teaching, experiential knowledge, and be committed to the personal growth and development of our students.

Post University seeks applicants for the following courses at this time: Intermediate Algebra, College Algebra, Statistics, Statistics II, Pre-Calculus, Calculus I, Calculus II,  Discrete Mathematics, Finite Analysis, and Business Mathematics. Please note that not every course runs every semester.

Must be available to work a block of time during the hours of 7am to 7pm on the Main Campus in Waterbury, CT. We are not currently seeking candidates for online or weekend instruction.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills (in person and online communication required)
  • Experience working with a diverse population of students
  • An earned master’s degree in mathematics or Education (with a BA/BS in Mathematics)
  • 5 years teaching experience in an educational setting
  • Experience with Mathematics Technology: Graphing Calculator, Excel, MyMathLab/MyStatLab, Cengage WebAssign
  • Must have experience using video conferencing tools including but not limited to: Zoom, MS Teams, GoToMeeting, or Skype
  • Must have personal laptop computer and high-speed internet access
