Program and Enrollment Coordinator

Post University is seeking a Program and Enrollment Coordinator to join our team.

Program and Enrollment Operations

  • Serves as the Enrollment Coordinator to encourage participation, ensure all learners have the information and support they need for starting their course or program, and to effectively respond to all questions and concerns at the time of enrollment
  • Provides ongoing customer service to learners regarding change of course, refunds, technical issues, questions, and resolves all issues in a positive and timely manner
  • Maintains enrollment and participation records and completes dashboards and reports with relevant data while tracking trends over time
  • Actively engages in the operational aspects of SCE, including coordinating all projects with IT, Instructional Design, the webpage, Finance, and other departments to implement the integration of new courses and programs into current systems and ensure a smooth delivery of all offerings
  • Coordinates the micro-credentials/credentials/badges process offered by SCE, including communication with professional organizations who grant CEUs, PDUs, etc.; Tracks each student’s progression and coordinates the awarding of earned credentials
  • Monitors and requests updates for all webpage content
  • Collaborates with partner organizations to add new courses and implement course updates
  • Sets up electronic processes to collect data, complete regular dashboards, and develop reports as needed
  • Supports the Dean in the ongoing assessment process by coordinating surveys, collecting data, developing reports, and engaging in improvement of program outcomes
  • Provides information to the Marketing team for use in blogs, media, website, and social media including testimonials, event information, and stories
  • Coordinates the monthly SCE newsletter to all SCE learners, interested webpage visitors, and related constituents to include developing content ideas, writing articles, collecting photographs, and assembling the newsletter

Police Recertification Program (PRP)

  • Works with key Associates, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and departments (e.g., Instructional Design, IT, Marketing) at Post to ensure the PRP courses are developed in a timely fashion, completed, certified, ready for launch, and once implemented, run smoothly
  • Once a contract with a police department is signed, works with the department to ensure collection of the officers’ information, coordinates activities with IT to set up GeniusSIS for the department’s affiliate status, uploads the data, and sets the alerts in place
  • Provides training to the Police Training Officer to access and use GeniusSIS for tracking the progression of their officers
  • Serves as the customer service contact for partner police departments to resolve issues regarding the website, GeniusSIS, Blackboard, and other functions
  • Provides materials and updates to the PRP Director and other departments regularly and collects information from them as needed
  • Supports the SCE Dean and the PRP Director in the operational aspects of the PRP by coordinating marketing and presentation materials, scheduling meetings, developing and sharing documentation, and maintaining related documents such as MOUs, financial forms, and more

High School Academy (HSA)

  • Tracks student course enrollment and attendance, develops reports and completes dashboards as appropriate
  • Provides customer service to HSA students, parents, and high school administrators by responding to questions and resolving concerns to ensure a positive experience, in collaboration with Admissions, Advising, Student Experience, Health Services, and other campus services
  • Maintains accurate financial records for all HSA students, ensures signed financial documents are received from each student, works closely with Finance team regarding billing and collection of tuition
  • Coordinates HSA student events on- and off-campus, in collaboration with the HSA Director and the Admissions team
  • Collaborates with the HSA Director and the Marketing team to create promotional materials and provide content for marketing materials, blogs, stories, etc.
  • In collaboration with the HSA Director, develops the HSA newsletter for all HSA students and families, high school administrators, and related constituents to include developing content ideas, writing articles, collecting photographs, and assembling the newsletter
  • Supports the SCE Dean and HSA Director to plan and execute the expansion of the HSA by coordinating marketing and presentation materials, scheduling meetings, developing and sharing documentation, and maintaining related documents such as MOUs, financial forms, presentations, minutes, and more

  • Data management skills – to maintain accurate records and organize data in documents and reports
  • Effective written and oral communication
  • Event coordination including large group campus visits
  • Proficient computer skills, with an emphasis on Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience working in an educational setting


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of office and/or program management
