“The online learning environment provided by Post University has been instrumental in my pursuit of expanding my knowledge to excel in my career. As the Department Chair of Nursing at a technical college, I enrolled in the DNP – Educational Leadership Specialization to enhance my leadership capabilities and learn how to influence the direction of nursing education.
I vividly remember the challenges of nursing school in a pre-licensure program—balancing coursework, caring for an infant, and working simultaneously. These experiences have given me a deep personal connection to the technical college system and the students I serve, many of whom face similar struggles. I am living proof that higher education can drastically change the trajectory of someone’s life. Thanks to nursing and my continued education, doors have opened for me that I never could have imagined. I want to gain the tools and resources to help make those same opportunities possible for the students I mentor.
Now, one year into my program, I have been amazed by the unwavering support from professors and advisors. When I gave birth to my youngest child in November, I was still able to complete my coursework and stay on track with my goals. Initially, I feared feeling disconnected in an online program, as I had in courses at other institutions, but from the start, I felt welcomed and supported by every professor I encountered.
This program has given me the flexibility, support, and education I need to grow as a leader and educator—helping me make a meaningful difference in nursing education and the lives of future nurses.”

“One of the most significant advantages of enrolling in an online program at Post University is the flexibility it offers. As a working professional in the healthcare field, I have various responsibilities that demand my time and attention
The accessibility of the University’s online platform is another crucial factor contributing to my success in pursuing a Master’s Degree in Nursing. With 24/7 access to course materials and resources, I can study whenever it suits me best—whether early in the morning or late at night—thus maximizing productivity during peak concentration hours. Additionally, this model eliminates geographical barriers; I am able to connect with faculty members and fellow students from diverse backgrounds across different regions. Engaging with a variety of perspectives enriches discussions and enhances learning outcomes significantly. The curriculum offered by Post University is designed for aspiring nursing educators like me. The coursework not only covers essential theoretical knowledge but also incorporates practical applications relevant to nursing education today. Faculty members bring real-world experience into their teachings, ensuring that we are well prepared for future challenges as educators within our profession.
Pursuing an advanced degree through an accredited institution like Post University aligns perfectly with my professional ambitions within nursing education—a field poised for growth due largely to increasing healthcare demands nationwide. Earning this master’s degree will not only enhance my qualifications but also empower me as an educator capable of shaping future generations within nursing practice effectively.”

“Post University has been of immense value to my life through its distance education, enabling me to achieve my academic and personal goals. I will attain my Master of Science in Nursing – Nursing Informatics Specialization. With a love for technology and nursing, I am optimistic that I will be a valuable change for the patients and the healthcare world.
The structure of the Post University programs has allowed me to work as an Operating Room Registered Nurse and retain my degree schedule. Balancing full-time study with the time requirements of a full-time work schedule may not be easy, but Post University’s unique eight-week term-structured MSN offers organization and support for success. This term-based structure allows me to study effectively while fulfilling my professional work responsibilities, allowing me to complete assignments, participate in discussions, and take exams at my own pace. It allows me to balance hands-on experience with education advancement, which has been invaluable.
I never felt I was a statistic; instead, I experienced one-on-one assistance from instructors dedicated to my success. Although I am an online student, I felt like part of the Post University community while pursuing my studies–it has been a fulfilling experience and highly rewarding.”

‘Online learning at Post University has many benefits and advantages. When I consider how it’s helped me, I would have to say that it offers the perfect amount of autonomy, freedom and flexibility to learn effectively while juggling everyday life. When I was twenty-one, I was in an accident that would forever change my life, deeming me disabled. This turn of events made it so I may never drive again, which made it hard to imagine attending college; I truly never knew how I would get there, and if I did, would I fit in? This was something I have always worried about, and it often stopped me from participating in activities.
Online education at Post University has given me the gift of education without the worry of how I would get there and who, if anyone at all, was judging me. Taking these barriers away has given me the chance to learn and grow professionally and taught me to communicate with others at my own pace in my own time. I have been given a chance to breathe life into my passions. Through online learning at Post University, I have the chance to obtain an education that cannot be taken away because I can learn from the safety of my home.”

“The Post University online bachelor’s program in child studies is the best thing to have ever happened to me. My decision to attend online school was based off a developmental delay I noticed in my son. I wanted to be able to help my child develop and achieve cognitive success to the best of his ability. This inspired me to strive to do the same with all children. The program is filled with educators who are open to questions, discussions, and reach out to you whenever you are in need of assistance. They are knowledgeable and engaging, making the online courses feel genuine and challenging – exactly what is needed in college courses.
I am reaching my academic goals thanks to Post University’s online program.”

“Going back to school was a big decision for me. With work, family, and daily responsibilities, I knew it would not be easy. However, my passion for human resources management and sociology pushed me to take this step. I wanted to build on my 16 years of human resource experience and open new doors for my future. Online learning at Post University has given me the chance to do just that, making my education possible in ways a traditional classroom never could.
Online learning has also helped me grow in ways beyond academics. Time management, self-discipline, and motivation have become second nature to me. These lessons will serve me well not just in my career, but in life.”
