Introducing the 2024-2025 Main Campus Student Government Association Executive Board

The Student Government Association (SGA) serves as the official student-run organization representing the voice of Main Campus students with the University’s administration, faculty, and associates.  Working directly with the CEO & President, Senior Vice President, Dean of Students, and Campus Life, the SGA strives to better meet the needs and interests of our Main Campus students from across the University.

Each spring elections are held to elect the five executive board members who will lead SGA during the upcoming academic year.  These executive board members set the direction and priorities for the organization and guide the club and general student representatives elected to the SGA.  We are excited to introduce the 2024-2025 Main Campus SGA Executive Board members:

 

Hannah LuckmanPresident: Hannah Luckman

From: Highland Mills, New York

Class Year: Senior

Major: Double major in Legal Studies and Business Administration

Other involvement on campus or off campus: Post U Women’s Ice Hockey team, vice president/co-founder of Post U Law Club, legal intern at the Connecticut Superior Court

 

Janazha DavisVice President: Janazha Davis

My name is Janazha Davis, and I am from Bridgeport, Connecticut. I am currently a graduate student in the MBA program and one of your RAs in Okinaga Hall. My major is criminal justice with a concentration in Legal Studies and a minor in Sociology. One of my favorite things is hanging out with family and friends. I do not play sports, but I enjoy attending each sporting event and cheering for everyone! I am now sitting on the SGA executive board.  I can’t wait to network with you all and help you in any way.

From: Torrington, CT

Class Year: Senior

Parker NorlingTreasurer: Parker Norling

I was born and raised in Andover, Minnesota. I will be an incoming sophomore this fall. I am pursuing degrees in finance and accounting. I play on the men’s ice hockey team.

 

 

 

 

 

Mei-Li PhungParliamentiarian: Mei-Li Phung

My name is Mei-Li Phung, and I am a freshman from Seymour, Connecticut. I’m majoring in Psychology, and I plan to go into a career in that field. I’m new to campus, and still learning all the ropes, but I am excited to be here and ready to serve my community. I’m hoping that my role in the SGA will allow me to improve the campus experience for everyone.
