Weekly Wellness Corner
The Weekly Wellness Corner is brought to you by Mental Health and Wellness Services – here, you’ll find content, tips, tricks, programs, and resources to help you thrive as a Post Eagle!
For this week’s Wellness Corner, we encourage you to slow down, do one thing at a time and to use your senses. How do you do that? Being present and being aware of your movements, coming back to self (focus on the now) when you feel yourself getting distracted, and while you are in the present, take in all your senses and allow yourself to be open… Spacious. Take a look at the graphic for more reminders on how to bring more mindfulness into your day.
Main Campus Students: Consider Taking an Honors Course in Fall 2025
Did you know that you don’t have to be in the Honors Program to take an honors course? Honors courses emphasize critical thinking, analytical, research, creativity, and problem-solving skills, and will provide you with an opportunity to engage with other academically-motivated students. If you are interested in courses that emphasize active learning and course content that goes into greater depth, then an honors course may be for you. Check out all of the honors courses being offered in fall 2025.
Contact your academic advisor, or reach out to the Honors Program team directly at [email protected], to learn more and register.
