Practice Self Love
Brought to you by Title IX and Disability Services
Take Yourself on a Date – Go to a coffee shop, a restaurant, a movie or a bookstore. You can sip a specialty drink, enjoy a favorite treat, cry or laugh out loud at a movie or just sit and relax and enjoy a few peaceful moments.
Treat Yourself – To a bouquet of flowers or that new video game you have been thinking about or a simple indulgence like a decadent chocolate!
Make a Priority of Getting some Extra Rest & Relaxation – Sleep in, take a long bubbly bath, read a new book or watch your favorite movie (again 😊)
Try Something New and Exciting – Go on a hike, try a new craft, make a fabulous meal or create a fun new playlist!
When you Love Yourself and begin to feel the Peace and Joy within,
Others will notice and,
Hopefully,
Follow your lead!
