Are you interested in learning more about activism?

Join the Inclusion and Diversity Council (IDC) in an event on January 19th at 7 PM. The open discussion entitled “Moving Forward…. TOGETHER” will answer some of the most pressing questions around the topic of activism:

Counseling Center Resources

We know there is a lot going on in the world, in addition to the potential stressors of adapting to new classes and learning new content. Not to mention, personal matters that can be adding to this load. For all these reasons, the Counseling Center wants to remind you to utilize these two resources:

  1. YOU@Post
    • A user-friendly platform that takes a holistic approach to student wellness and success.  It links you to hundreds of multi-media, self-help resources as well as on campus resources. In addition to searching for different topics, you are able to set up a profile, set goals, log achievements toward your goals, and take “reality checks” to personalize your feed.
  2. SOAR (Student Online Assistance Program):A confidential and professional resource that provides all students, and family members in their household, with free counseling, financial, legal, and personal convenience services. The information to get started is below.
