Post University Eagles – 2024-2025 Top Plays

It’s been a great year cheering for the Eagles on the courts and fields.  Here is a look back on some of the top plays we saw this year at Post University throughout all our sports playing from the beginning of competition in the fall until the end of competition this spring.

Summer Break Personal Safety & Title IX Awareness

Your well-being matters — both on and off campus. As you enjoy your summer:

  1. Know Your Rights
You have the right to feel safe, respected, and free from harassment. Familiarize yourself with Post University’s Title IX policy and how to report concerns.
  2. Set Boundaries & Practice Consent
Consent should always be Freely given, Reversible, Informed, Enthusiastic and Specific (FRIES)— in all interactions.
  3. Stay Aware of Your Surroundings
Especially when traveling, attending social events, or meeting new people.
  4. Trust Your Instincts
If something feels off, it probably is. Don’t hesitate to remove yourself from uncomfortable situations.
  5. Use the Buddy System
Stick with friends at parties, on trips, or in unfamiliar areas.
  6. Protect Your Digital Presence
Avoid oversharing location or personal info online. Keep your passwords secure.
  7. Save Emergency Contacts
Program local emergency numbers and your school’s Title IX office into your phone, (203) 596-6027.
  8. Report & Support
If you or someone else experiences misconduct, know that it’s okay to speak up. Reach out to campus or community resources for confidential support.

*Not sure who to contact? Your Title IX office can guide you toward the right resources — even during summer break!
