Care for yourself by speaking kindly to yourself.
Articulating your goals through speaking or writing, and displaying positive affirmations or manifestations in your surroundings, is a tangible way to set your intentions. Use a journal or jot down notes that are kind, empowering, and authentic to you. These simple actions can help transform your intentions into reality.
Follow these simple steps:
  • Pause– Take a moment to be present
  • Breathe– Flow with your body and listen to what it needs.
  • Connect- Be so rooted in yourself that no one can disrupt your inner peace.

Access and Support: Your Disability Services Department

Shared by Rachel Powell, Senior Title IX and Disability Services Coordinator

Post University is committed to providing equal access and opportunities for students with disabilities. Our Disability Services Department, led by the Director of Title IX and Disability Services, engages in an interactive process to assess and implement reasonable accommodations on a case-by-case basis.

Accommodations may include extended time, alternative testing environments, and assistive technology. To request accommodations, contact the Director or Senior Coordinator as early as possible, ideally upon enrollment. Accommodations are not retroactive. You must provide official documentation of your disability from a licensed medical practitioner, an IEP, or a 504 plan. This documentation should outline your disability, related limitations, and suggested accommodations.

Your information is kept confidential and shared only with instructors on a need-to-know basis, unless you grant further permission. You can also authorize the Director to connect you with other University Support Services, such as Academic Affairs, Athletics, and the Counseling Center. Remember to contact the Director at the start of each term to renew your accommodation requests. We are here to support your academic success.
