- On Friday, October 17, 2025, Dan Luisi, ’10, Miranda Polaski, ’15, and former Athletics Office Manager, Cindy Carmody, ’70, will be inducted into the Post Athletics Hall of Fame. The ceremony will take place at the Wyndham in Southbury, Connecticut, starting at 6:00 p.m. Eastern time
- A slate of games will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2025, including Football vs. Assumption University at 12:00 p.m. Eastern time at Municipal Stadium and Men’s Soccer vs. Goldey-Beacom College at 6:30 p.m. Eastern time at LaMoy Field
- Parents and families are invited to a farewell brunch on Sunday, October 19, 2025 from 9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Eastern time on campus in the Leever Student Center Dining Hall

Between classes, practices, and everything else on your plate, it’s easy to move through the semester on autopilot. But this season invites us to slow down, check in, and set new intentions for our goals and dreams.
Ask yourself:
- What do I want to nurture this season -in myself, my relationships, or my growth?
- What’s something I can release to make space for what I truly need?
- What small action can I take each week to move closer to my goals?
Your intentions don’t have to be big – they just have to be yours. Whether it’s prioritizing rest, saying yes to new opportunities, or setting boundaries that protect your peace, this season is about honoring where you are and who you’re becoming.
