Protect Your Peace

College life can feel like a nonstop cycle of classes, practices, jobs, and social events, but making time for yourself is just as important as showing up for everything else. Think of your downtime as an appointment with yourself. Schedule this time into your day the same way you would a class or a meeting. Even 10–15 minutes can make a

difference. Use that time to do something that recharges you and brings you JOY (Stretch, go for a short walk, journal, listen to music, or simply take a few deep breaths). These intentional breaks help lower stress, improve focus, and give you more energy to show up fully in all areas of your life. Protect and find balance!
