Download the new mobile app today from the App Store (Apple iPhone users) or the Google Play Store (Android users) and log-in using your Post student email address and password.

Don’t forget to spend time with friends, get outside, and move around a bit – like these Eagles, who recently enjoyed an energetic game of Spikeball.

Student Spotlight: Post University and the Connecticut Sun Celebrate Outstanding Students with “Threes for Degrees” Scholarships

Molly Tardif and Madison Whitlock, two of our outstanding High School Academy students, were each awarded a $5,000 “Threes for Degrees’ scholarship, recognizing their academic and community achievements. “Threes for Degrees’ is an in-game initiative created to provide access to higher education. For every three-pointer made by Connecticut Sun players during home games, Post contributes towards a scholarship fund.

Start the Semester with a Check-In

As we begin to settle into this new semester, it may come with a lot of excitement, new opportunities, and sometimes a little stress. One of the best ways to take care of your well-being is to pause and check in with yourself and with others.
  • With Yourself: Ask, “How am I really doing right now?” Notice your energy, stress level, and what you might need, whether that’s rest, movement, or connection.
  • With Others: A simple, “How’s your week going?” or “Anything I can do to support you?” can go a long way in building community and reminding someone they’re not alone.
Starting small helps: one mindful check-in a week with yourself, and one with a friend, classmate, or peer. Together, these little moments create a campus culture of care.
