Self-Love Daily Reminder :
  • It is okay to have off days and be filled with emotions
  • Embrace the human experience, happiness comes in waves.
  • Do not chase, attract. Love yourself first and make time for those people who match your energy.
  • Your mental health is important! Do not feel guilty about taking a break. YOU will thank yourself later.

Your Voice. Your Vote.

Last week, we shared our belief that every voice matters, and the freedom to express one’s opinion in upcoming federal and state elections is a legally protected privilege of being an American citizen that should be consistently exercised.  Post University’s DEI Advocacy Council has put together the attached user-friendly voter registration and all-in-one resource flyer to simplify your registration to vote (if you haven’t already done so).  This flyer also has links to access important, voting-related information – regardless of your resident state.  Remember, your vote counts!  If you have any questions about registering to vote, please contact Dawn Sherman, Dean of Students, at [email protected].
