Over $375,000 Award to Post University Students
135 Students Awarded by Post College Foundation
Waterbury, CT – (November 26, 2024) – The Post College Foundation announced today the recipients of its 2024-2025 academic year scholarships, awarding a total of $377,000 to 135 Post University students. These scholarships are designed to help students achieve their educational and career aspirations by easing financial barriers.
“We are thrilled to continue supporting Post University students. These scholars represent the future of our communities, and it is our privilege to help them achieve their goals,” said Post College Foundation President Gary Post.
The Post College Foundation is dedicated to making higher education accessible and affordable for deserving individuals enrolled in undergraduate degree programs at Post University. It remains one of the largest scholarship funds available specifically for Main Campus students who reside in northwest Connecticut.
Since its inception in 1990, the Post College Foundation has awarded over $10 million in scholarships, empowering students to build bright futures through a college education.
“For our students, these scholarships are much more than just a check,” said Scott Allen, Senior Vice President. “These funds help alleviate the financial burden and provide the additional resources students need to thrive in their academic journey.”
This year’s recipients include first-time and returning scholarship recipients, each with unique stories of determination and achievement.
