As we approach the halfway point in the semester, I would like to commend you for a job well done! Thanks to your ongoing diligence in protecting ourselves and each other, we have experienced a very low number of COVID-19 cases in our campus community this semester. I am very grateful and appreciative of your continued commitment and cooperation to keeping us safe and healthy.
At this time, our plan is to lift the mask mandate everywhere on campus except in the classroom, effective March 28th, 2022. This allows for everyone to return from Spring Break and get a full week with masks on before making the change. Of course, any updates to our COVID-19 protocols would be based on the positivity rate in the state as well as any revised CDC guidelines.
It is important that we continue to remain vigilant and continue to follow the public health measures that have proven to keep us safe and healthy, including, but not limited to:
- Daily Symptom Check:everyone should continue to complete their daily wellness check in the Post Mobile App.
- My Campus Pass:Faculty and associates will continue to ask you to verify your green campus (all clear) status.
- COVID-19 Testing will continue to be available.
Until March 28th, all students, faculty, and associates are reminded to wear masks in all indoor locations on campus and adhere to social distancing guidelines.
I wish you all a safe and enjoyable upcoming Spring Break!
