Uncasville, CT (November 4, 2021) – The Connecticut Sun are hosting the Connecticut Sun Basketball Coaches Clinic and the Connecticut Sun Basketball Skills Clinic presented by Post University.

The Connecticut Sun Basketball Coaches Clinic presented by Post University will be held at the Floyd Little Athletic Center (480 Sherman Pkwy, New Haven, CT 06511) on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, from 5-8 P.M. The clinic is open to all basketball coaches and will feature Connecticut Sun Head Coach, Curt Miller; UConn Women’s Basketball Head Coach, Geno Auriemma; Quinnipiac University Head Women’s Basketball Coach, Tricia Fabbri; and Yale University’s Joel E. Smilow Class of 1954 Head Coach, Allison Guth. The entrance fee for the event is $30. To register, visit: https://bit.ly/3DUhFR1.

The following day, on November 11, 2021 from 4-6 P.M., the Connecticut Sun are hosting the Connecticut Sun Basketball Skills Clinic presented by Post University at the Floyd Little Athletic Center. The clinic—which will be led by Connecticut Sun assistant coach, Chris Koclanes—is open to middle and high school basketball players that will be playing on their middle or high school girls’ basketball teams. Post University, located in Waterbury, Connecticut, provides in-person, online and hybrid secondary education courses. The institution is partnering with the Connecticut Sun to ensure young athletes that attend Sun clinics are setting academic goals, alongside their athletic dreams.

Post University, in sponsoring this event, designed 10 scholarships for young women without the means to attend the Connecticut Sun Basketball Skills Clinic. The participants, selected by the Connecticut Sun, will receive free premium coaching.
