WATERBURY, CT – (March 8, 2019) – Post University® has appointed Wesley Debnam Vice President of Associate Experience. Debnam will be responsible for overseeing associates’ employee journey from day one of new hire throughout their entire career with Post.
Among other duties, Debnam will foster a culture of expected behaviors within the University through innovative human resources tactics, engage with associates on improving onboarding and training plans, and help refine our holistic approach to competitive total compensation. He also will be actively involved in helping ensure all associates begin and end each day in a safe, healthy and caring work environment.

Prior, Debnam was a senior corporate director of human resources for Treatment Management in Atlanta, GA where he established effective performance improvement initiatives, redesigned benefits and compensation guidelines, and completely revamped HR processes to achieve increased efficiencies and employee satisfaction.
Debnam received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from North Carolina Central University in Durham, NC and his Masters of Business Administration in Organizational Behavioral Studies from Indiana University Bloomington in Bloomington, IN.
