Providing students with the quality education they need with the outstanding student support services they want is one of the hallmarks of the Post University experience. As part of our mission to provide student-focused and career-driven education, we regularly assess student learning outcomes and also seek feedback from students on how well we’re doing in meeting their expectations.
In addition to maintaining regular contact with students through in-person and online classroom discussions and other student-faculty interactions, conversations with members of our Academic Success team members, and other formal and informal communication, we also periodically measure student satisfaction using standardized surveys that allow us to not only evaluate Post’s performance, but look at how well we’re doing in comparison to other similar institutions.
We also measure student learning achievement against our academic goals for each of our programs. This enables us to assess whether overall student performance in the program meets what we expect students to gain through their education.
