Top Workplaces USA

Post University is a 2026 Top Workplace USA! 6 Years Running 2021-2026

The Top Workplaces USA Awards are issued by  Energage, a leading workplace culture research organization that develops solutions to build and brand America’s top workplaces.

Top Workplaces USA offers national recognition for large organizations, those with more than 150 employees, and those that may have operations in multiple markets. Several thousand organizations from across the country were invited, and more than 1,100 participated in the Top Workplaces USA survey. Winners of the Top Workplaces USA list are chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through an employee engagement survey, issued by Energage. Results are calculated by comparing the survey’s research-based statements, including 15 Culture Drivers that are proven to predict high performance against industry benchmarks.

Post also earned the Top Workplaces 2026 awards for Employee Appreciation, Education Industry, Employee Well-being, Professional Development, and Work-life Flexibility Award,

Newsweek America’s Top Online Colleges

Post University is ranked one of America’s Top Online Colleges for 2025 by Newsweek!

Newsweek and Statista have ranked the top 250 colleges that offer online undergraduate and graduate programs. These colleges and universities offer online degree programs to learners who want to obtain an academic degree, including hybrid programs with online and offline courses or exams.

The rankings are based on an online survey among U.S. residents who have used online learning service offers to obtain an academic degree or acquire knowledge and skills for their job (professional development) or hobbies (personal development) via online courses.


Military Times’ Best for Vets

Military Times has ranked Post University among the top institutions for military students, recognizing it as the No. 14 primarily online university nationwide and No. 3 in Connecticut in its 2025 “Best for Vets: Colleges” rankings.

Military Times surveyed hundreds of colleges and universities across the country and used their answers, combined with federal data, to rank schools. The official 2025 rankings are posted on the Military Times website.

Also Post University was ranked among the best in 2024, 2019, 2015 and our Malcolm Baldrige School of Business was ranked among the best business schools in 2013 and 2014.


Inspiring Programs in Business Award

The Malcolm Baldrige School of Business at Post University has been distinguished with the 2024 Inspiring Programs in Business Award by Insight Into Diversity magazine, a publication dedicated to diversity and inclusion in higher education. This accolade recognizes educational institutions that actively foster and support students from underrepresented backgrounds in pursuing careers in business. The Malcolm Baldrige School of Business was one of 27 recipients.

This recognition is a result of the school’s efforts to inspire a new generation of diverse talent to explore and embrace opportunities in the business field. The winners were carefully chosen based on their initiatives in mentoring, teaching, research, and the implementation of successful programs that encourage students from underrepresented groups to consider and pursue business careers.


Military Friendly® Top School

Post University’s dedication to those who serve is clear: Once again, we have been selected by Victory Media for the Military Friendly® School Award for the 8th consecutive year. Post University has also been ranked as a Military Friendly® Top 10 Non-Traditional School for outstanding commitment and programs for our nation’s veterans and their families.

Post University has also earned the 2021-22 and previously the 2017 Military Spouse Friendly School® designation, which recognizes those higher education institutions that actively recruit spouses of active duty service members and promote student retention and career development policies and programs that acknowledge and support the unique challenges of military life.

Post University has an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau, based on factors such as length of time the organization has been in operation and response to complaints. Rankings are based on a scale of A+ to F. Post University has been accredited by the BBB for 13 continuous years since 2010.


NCAANCAA

Post University is proud to be home to 21 NCAA Division II Sports. According to the NCAA’s website, “Division II is a collection of 300 NCAA colleges and universities that provide thousands of student-athletes the opportunity to compete at a high level of scholarship athletics while excelling in the classroom and fully engaging in the broader campus experience. This balance, in which student-athletes are recognized for their academic success, athletics contributions and campus/community involvement, is at the heart of the Division II philosophy.”
