Post University is a 2024 Top Workplace! 4 Years Running 2021-2024
The Top Workplaces Awards are issued by Energage, a leading workplace culture research organization that develops solutions to build and brand America’s top workplaces. Post also earned the award in Top Workplaces Work-life Flexibility Award for 2024 and previously in 2023.
Top Workplaces USA offers national recognition for large organizations, those with more than 150 employees, and those that may have operations in multiple markets. Several thousand organizations from across the country were invited, and more than 1,100 participated in the Top Workplaces USA survey. Winners of the Top Workplaces USA list are chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through an employee engagement survey, issued by Energage. Results are calculated by comparing the survey’s research-based statements, including 15 Culture Drivers that are proven to predict high performance against industry benchmarks.
Military Times’ Best for Vets
Military Times has ranked Post University among the top institutions for military students, recognizing it as the No. 16 primarily online university nationwide, No. 4 in Connecticut, and No. 28 in the Northeast in its 2024 “Best for Vets: Colleges” rankings.
Military Times surveyed hundreds of colleges and universities across the country and used their answers, combined with federal data, to rank schools. The official 2023 rankings are posted on the Military Times website.
Also Post University was ranked among the best in 2019, 2015 and our Malcolm Baldrige School of Business was ranked among the best business schools in 2013 and 2014.
Military Friendly® Top School
Post University’s dedication to those who serve is clear: Once again, we have been selected by Victory Media for the Military Friendly® School Award for the 8th consecutive year. Post University has also been ranked as a Military Friendly® Top 10 Non-Traditional School for outstanding commitment and programs for our nation’s veterans and their families.
Post University has also earned the 2021-22 and previously the 2017 Military Spouse Friendly School® designation, which recognizes those higher education institutions that actively recruit spouses of active duty service members and promote student retention and career development policies and programs that acknowledge and support the unique challenges of military life.

Post University has an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau, based on factors such as length of time the organization has been in operation and response to complaints. Rankings are based on a scale of A+ to F. Post University has been accredited by the BBB for 13 continuous years since 2010.
NCAA
Post University is proud to be home to 21 NCAA Division II Sports. According to the NCAA’s website, “Division II is a collection of 300 NCAA colleges and universities that provide thousands of student-athletes the opportunity to compete at a high level of scholarship athletics while excelling in the classroom and fully engaging in the broader campus experience. This balance, in which student-athletes are recognized for their academic success, athletics contributions and campus/community involvement, is at the heart of the Division II philosophy.”

Connecticut Quality Improvement Award
Post University has been awarded a 2015 Silver Innovation Prize from the Connecticut Quality Improvement Award (CQIA) Partnership, Inc., for its implementation of performance analysis tools to improve online classroom engagement between instructors and students.
Post’s Online MBA program in the Malcolm Baldrige School of Business also received Gold Innovation Prize from CQIA in 2013.
The CQIA presents the Innovation Prize to Connecticut organizations demonstrating performance excellence based upon the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award for Performance Excellence criteria.
