Waterbury, CT (April 14, 2021) – Post University has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Central Texas College that will allow military students from more than 100 locations worldwide to continue their education at Post University.

A total of up to 60 associate degree credits from Central Texas College will be applied to the following bachelor’s programs at the University:

AS Business Administration BS Business Administration
AS Business Administration BS Finance
AS Business Administration BS Human Resource Management
AS Business Administration BS Management
AS Business Administration BS Marketing
AS Criminal Justice BS Criminal Justice
AS Homeland Security and Emergency Management B.S. in Emergency Management and Homeland Security

“Post University offers military families a wide range of academic options that fit into their unique circumstances without sacrificing an exceptional, personalized experience,” said Post University Director of Military Field Enrollment and former Army National Guard Lieutenant Colonel Edmund Lizotte. “We are thrilled to create a bridge for our brave men and women who wish to pursue the next step in their education, whether serving stateside or abroad.”

Post will waive the College Success Seminar (CTC101) if the transfer student has earned their degree within the last five years. The University’s academic calendar offers various enrollment windows throughout the year, with dedicated academic and career advisors on hand to support transfer students in navigating the transition.

With the addition of the Central Texas College, Post University now offers transfer programs with 13 institutions across various states, including Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Georgia, Arizona and Washington.
