  • Eloomi Learning Experience Platform (LXP): Associates have access to Post-curated content, 13,000+ LinkedIn Learning courses, guided development journeys, learning communities, and additional resources designed to support continuous learning.
  • Leadership Development Programs:
    • Emerging Leaders – A 6-month program open to all associates, focused on building leadership competencies and applying them in real-world scenarios.
    • Eagles Flight – A 6-month program tailored for first-time managers, equipping them with the tools and mindset to lead effectively.
    • Leadership Academy Courses – Offered year-round, these sessions cover a wide range of leadership topics and are open to all associates seeking growth opportunities in leadership.
  • Facilitator Academy: Associates who want to lead learning across the organization can become certified facilitators and help drive development from within.
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification: In partnership with subject matter experts, we offer Lean Six Sigma training up to Green Belt level, helping associates build process improvement expertise.
  • Development Conversations: Growth is ongoing. We believe in annual formal development conversations supported by continuous 1:1s throughout the year to help associates set, track, and achieve their goals.
  • Career Mobility: On average, six associates take on new challenges each month through self-initiated transfers or promotions—proof that growth at Post is real and attainable.
  • Additional Support Includes:
