Fall 2022 Spirit Week!

Main Campus students – form a team with friends and participate in our campus-wide Swoop’s Chase on Monday, October 17 from noon to 4:00 p.m.  The top three teams will win prizes!  Download the Goosechase app (iOS download | Android download) and use game code BLQVGW to play.

On Friday, October 21, 2022, Spirit Week will culminate in our first-ever Homecoming Weekend Fall Fest from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. in the MacDermid parking lot.  There will be food trucks and more fun.

Weekly Wellness Corner

The Weekly Wellness Corner is brought to you by the Counseling Center – here, you’ll find content, tips, tricks, programs, and resources to help you thrive as a Post Eagle!

Sometimes all we need is a pinch of curiosity to start. No matter the reason, self-work is always constant. Self-work cultivates over time into richer experiences with emotional and spiritual growth. Below are some tips to enhance your daily well-being and positively improve your outlook on life.

The Positive Loop:

  1. Observe- Focus on your inner world
  2. Feel- Embrace your emotions
  3. Reflect- Explore where your emotions come from
  4. Act- According to your intuition
  5. Grow- Cultivate simple joys

Homecoming 2022 is THIS WEEKEND!
