You can read more about the launch of The Nest Network, and what to expect from the live-streamed home games this year here.

The Nest Network, started this year, is home of all Post University home athletic contests and looks to expand across the entire Post community which reaches an international level with its scope of students, student-athletes, faculty/staff, families, and businesses who tune into the institution’s streams throughout the year.  These streams will also include play-by-play commentary and multi-camera views.

“With the expansion to another streaming platform, in addition to the CACC Network, we are excited to provide the Post University community with another outlet to see our university’s student-athletes compete,” said Director of Athletic Communications, Michael Vesci. “We look forward to seeing how utilizing the new platform, which will give fans of Post Athletics the ability to engage and interact with the stream, will impact the way Post athletic events are viewed.”

Eagles Fans – don’t miss out on any of the action – head on over to the Athletics website for upcoming competitions, season standings, stats, and links to game live streams. Don’t forget to tag your social media posts with #GoPostEagles – we’ll share our favorites on the digital screens around campus, on the official Post University accounts, and in this newsletter!

This Friday marks the start of Hispanic Heritage Month.  Each year, Hispanic Heritage Month is celebrated from September 15 – October 15.  “The Library of Congress, National Archives and Records Administration, National Endowment for the Humanities, National Gallery of Art, National Park Service, Smithsonian Institution and United States Holocaust Memorial Museum join in paying tribute to the generations of Hispanic Americans who have positively influenced and enriched our nation and society.”  Visit the Hispanic Heritage Month website for more information and be on the lookout for programs and events being hosted by the University.

Career Development Information

A resume is a universal job-hunting tool.

It’s the very first impression you give to potential employers, recruiters, and it’s the single most important element of the job application process where you’ll list all your relevant job experience and accomplishments – not to mention your best qualities as an employee. It’s also one of the only ways you can secure an interview.  Watch the recordings all about resumes from the Center for Career and Professional Development’s Career Readiness Series and download the “Building Your Resume” guide.  Visit CCPD in North 103 or set up an appointment with a career advisor by emailing [email protected].

📅 Save the Date

Mark your calendar and get excited because we have a lot of fun things planned!  In addition to all of the Homecoming weekend festivities, all current students are encouraged to participate in Spirit Week to showcase their Post Pride.  More information will be available in upcoming issues of the “Eagle Eye View” newsletter.  Visit the Homecoming page for details on everything happening during Homecoming 2023!
