Program Highlights​

Online or on our main campus, your academic journey in legal studies will include an introductory course in law, a computing course,  two survey courses in business law, a civil litigation course, and five additional courses covering important substantive areas. Through this undergraduate certificate in paralegal studies program, you will become knowledgeable in  doing legal research, preparing legal documents and interviewing clients. You will also study the inner workings of civil litigation, real estate closings, and probate practice 

Your paralegal certificate program will help you develop your organizational and communication skills. You’ll take a deep dive into your personal understanding of ethics and concept of integrity. You’ll investigate what it takes to deliver vital legal services as a part of a team. 

Each course in our legal studies program is led by our expert faculty, who bring years of practical legal experience and insights into the classroom to share with you. Whether you attend classes at our campus in Waterbury, Connecticut, or online, they will provide you with the one-on-one attention you need to succeed at Post University and beyond.
