Finals Tips from the Main Campus
SGA Executive Board

Main Campus final exams for the fall 2023 semester are from Monday, December 11, 2023 through Friday, December 15, 2023.  Final exams can be stressful, so your SGA Executive Board wanted to offer some words of wisdom.  Use the tips if you find yourself stressed or overwhelmed.  Good luck on finals, Eagles – you’ve got this!

Review materials, minimize distractions, and take time for yourself as you want to go into exam week with a clear head. Also, take an hour or two each day to do something you want to do that doesn’t involve schoolwork.

Hayden Hindman, '24

President

Don’t leave studying or final assignments right until the end. Study a little bit each day leading up to exams so you are not overwhelmed right before.

Kaitlyn Sharkey, '24

Vice President

Find classmates to do review sessions with and study. Take advantage of the events on campus to de-stress and push through! The semester will be over before you know it!

Brianna Szerbin, '25

Secretary

Take care of your mental well-being. Engage in activities that relax and rejuvenate you, whether it’s reading, listening to music, or spending time with friends and family! Most of all celebrate your victories along the way!

Janazha Davis, '24

Parliamentarian

Collaborate with friends and classmates to discuss notes and gain different perspectives. Also, Manage your stress by maintaining a positive mindset and remember that you’ve prepared as best as you can.
