Master the brain dump:

Everyone deserves a brain declutter every now and again, especially after a busy week. A brain dump is a tool to help you dump all your thoughts by putting them on paper to help you store, organize, and process information later. This technique is a little different than journaling because there is no right or wrong way to get out all your thoughts. No specific format or length, just writing until you feel satisfied that you got everything out.
